Tom Brady Knee Injury Just a Sprain

Looks like Tom Brady, the New England Patriot’s 36 year old quarterback dodged a bullet as his knee injury during the joint scrimmage game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Wednesday has been ruled a sprain. Brady suffered season-ending damage to both his ACL and MCL in 2008.

New England has been a great football team in recent years, having won the Super Bowl in 2001, 2003, and 2004, and has continued to often reach play-off status since. Knee injuries are on the rise in the NFL, and injuries are often to blame for a team’s diminished playoff chances. Murphy’s Law loses this time at least.
